Website privacy notice

A small waitlist should leave a small footprint.

Effective August 12, 2026

What this notice covers

This notice covers the public Transponder website and its hosted-beta waitlist. A separate product privacy notice will describe the released apps and relay before beta invitations begin.

What we collect

When you join the beta list, we collect your email address. You may also tell us which supported devices and Mac assistant you expect to use.

If campaign parameters are present in the page URL, we save the submitted UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term, together with the referring website’s hostname. We do not save the referring page path.

What we do not collect

The website has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, cookies, or persistent browser identifiers. The waitlist does not retain your IP address or full user-agent string.

The website does not receive assistant conversations, audio, or transcripts.

Why we use the information

We use it only to choose and invite suitable beta participants, understand which supported configurations matter first, and evaluate the campaign that led to a signup. We do not sell or share the waitlist for advertising.

Retention

We keep active entries while recruiting and operating the hosted beta. Entries are deleted when you withdraw, or within 90 days after the beta waitlist closes.

Withdraw from the waitlist

Enter the same email address below. The response is deliberately generic so the website never reveals whether someone else’s address is registered.
